Tasha Layton: I AM HealingStrong Podcast

“I realized in all these other religions, you had to strive to pursue God; whereas in Christianity, He is chasing after us. I finally knew that after everything I had experienced, Jesus alone had the power to transform me.”Tasha Layton

This week on the podcast we have a VERY special guest speaker who we have been so excited to share with our HealingStrong community, singer song-writer, Tasha Layton! Tasha has written one of the top performing Christian songs on the radio titled, “Look What You’ve Done,” a song which beautifully articulates the lies we tend to believe and the love and intentionality that the Lord uses to overcome those lies with His Truth.

Her journey hasn’t been predictable, and it hasn’t been easy, yet even in the midst of the steepest challenge, Tasha has found the strength to keep going. Although Tasha has not battled with cancer, she is a beacon of light to those who are fighting the battles of all kinds, especially the ones we face in our every-day Christian life.

“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” -Ephesians 6:12 ESV
