Our HealingStrong community groups focus on equipping individuals with the tools and knowledge needed to rebuild and restore their bodies. Fasting is a practice that gives our digestive system a break and the body a chance to heal and regenerate. Fasting is FREE and is an excellent jumpstart to any healing protocol.

The very first, and sometimes hardest lifestyle change is your diet. 

Changing your diet, removing processed foods and adding an abundance of raw, organic fruits and vegetables will be an excellent way to heal strong. Whenever possible, our motto is to use organic vegetables. If you cannot afford organic, or are resistant to changing to organic, don’t sweat it. Let’s focus on helping you to move the next step. It is better to start simple and work up than to be too overwhelmed and not start at all. If you eat canned green beans switch to frozen! We Celebrate these small but IMPORTANT changes with you!
