Fasting is practice tha gives our digestive system a break and the body a chance to heal and regenerate.

The father of toxicology, Paracelsus, said that fasting is “our best remedy and our inner doctor”. And, it doesn’t cost a thing!

For healing the body, water fasting will actually put your healthy cells into a protective state and weaken unhealthy or cancer cells. It is an excellent jumpstart to any healing protocol.

The very first, and sometimes hardest lifestyle change is your diet. The condition of our bodies is dependent on the quality of the foods we eat, as well as our toxic exposure. Changing your diet to a rich in plant-based organic, whole foods is a MUST. God gave us a clue when he created people. He placed them in a GARDEN. He told them what to eat, and it could all be grown right where they were. He even put it in the very first chapter of His Word, in the 11th verse so we wouldn’t miss it.

Food is medicine and even Hippocrattes, the Father of Modern Day Medicine lived by this motto: “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” He also said, “Keep away from the chemist’s pot if you can heal with food.”

Changing your diet, removing processed foods and adding an abundance of raw, organic fruits and vegetables will be an excellent way to heal strong. Whenever possible, our motto is to use organic vegetables. If you cannot afford organic, or are resistant to changing to organic, don’t sweat it. Let’s focus on helping you to move the next step. It is better to start simple and work up than to be too overwhelmed and not start at all. If you eat canned green beans, then change to frozen! We Celebrate these changes with you!
