The state of your mouth can have a profound impact on your ability to heal….
As you focus on your healing journey, it is important to remove the toxins from your body and maintain proper oral and dental health. Most of us have fillings, and many of us have had root canals done. It is important to understand the direct connection between your oral health and your overall well-being.
>Like many areas of the body, your mouth is full of bacteria. Normally the body’s natural defenses plus routine oral health care, such as daily brushing and flossing, can keep bacteria under control. However, without proper oral hygiene, bacteria can reach levels the might lead to oral infections, such as tooth decay and gum disease.
>Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic dental technique which draws out toxins and improves oral health by swishing coconut oil in the mouth on an empty stomach for around 20 minutes and then releasing it into the sink.
>It is important to floss nightly. Dental tape removes more plaque; however, avoid teflon-coated floss. Most people do not floss deeply enough. The floss should go under the gum alongside each tooth. When brushing, use a soft brush and at a 45 degree angle toward the gum line. Use short, back and forth or circular strokes so the gums feel like they are getting a gentle massage.
>Fluoride is one of the most toxic elements, so use fluoride-free toothpaste.
>If gums bleed when brushing and flossing that is a sign that the gums are infected with bacterial plaque and are inflamed as a result. This plaque must be removed for the gums to heal, even if this causes bleeding
>If plaque is not removed daily, minerals from saliva are deposited into it, and it hardens in to calculus or tarter. This usually cannot be removed by brushing and flossing and requires a professional cleaning at a dental office. If left untreated, the bacteria will infect and destroy the bone that holds the teeth into the jaw. This gum disease is how teeth are lost.
This video known as the “smoking teeth” shows how mercury is released from a traditional amalgam filling when there is friction against it, such as in chewing gum or eating food,. Many of us still have mercury in our mouth, the most poisonous non- radioactive metal that we know. When mercury is put in our teeth as a filling, it’s like implanting a poison in our body that continues to emit toxins on a daily basis. HealingStrong is a non-profit organization, committed to our mission to help individuals on a healing journey by providing information and resources that help to rebuild the body, restore the soul and renew the spirit through God’s Word. Below is a testimony we received this week from an individual who completed our 22 day Bible study plan through HealingStrong’s content that is readily available on Bible.com. To date, over 140,000 individuals have freely downloaded our Bible studies on the Bible app. Our volunteer HEAL team prayerfully works together to offer studies that support overall healing, along with recorded discussions we call, “A Little Extra” that are designed to bring clarity and authenticity during the Bible study. Please download Kellyn’s specific study she wrote about here, or on Bible.com, and share with others.
My name is Kellyn and today I completed the Bible study:
Trusting God’s Plan in the Waiting: Lessons From the Life of Joseph and firstly i want to thank you guys so much for this plan, it is life changing and God knew that i needed to go through this plan at this time of my life. It has changed me, changed the way I think, changed the way I lived and changed my perspective on a lot of things from my past and current. From the first day i asked God to come into my life and change me and now that i have completed the plan and i have prayed the prayer and i am requesting that you guys keep me in prayer so that i may continue to choose to stay on this journey. I know that it won’t be easy because i have lived in this world for far too long. But i trust that God will be with me through it all.
SO thank you once again.
