Turning Strangers into Family….
This is a season that our family celebrates Jesus, our Savior and Healer. He has been my Savior for 43 years now, but it wasn’t until I was diagnosed with cancer, 13 years ago, that I began to allow Him the keys to transform me in areas that I thought I had a handle on, or would rather have kept hidden.
This community of HealingStrong has meant so much to me personally, but the one thing it has done for me is that it has turned perfect strangers into family. I look at the pictures above and they represent all walks of life, backgrounds, and religious affiliations. They represent many states, countries and people groups.
For me, we are family. We all gather around the HealingStrong table, learning together, growing in our knowledge of Him, His love, His fundamental truths found in His Word, and just maybe, hopefully, our time together will bring each of us a little closer to eternity together, with the Savior….the One whom we celebrate this Season.
My wish for you is that when you encounter our HealingStrong family, you will know that you have been loved, challenged, encouraged, and pointed to Truth — the absolute Truth that has stood the test of time…
His Word
Yahweh
Jesus
Because of our time together, I pray you are better, brighter, more at peace, full of joy, and able to make decisions based on a sound mind. We don’t just speak about how to juice, or how to detox, what supplements to look into, how to overcome fears and trauma, nor do we center our focus on just those things. They are important, but they are not eternal. We speak about the true Healer. We pray for you to find Him, or grow closer to Him, and in so doing, we hope to shine the light a little brighter in a cloud of darkness that wants to paralyze our lives through sickness and fear.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
2 Corinthians 1:3-4
We are so honored you are part of our HealingStrong family.
Merry Christmas!
Sending you so much love and gratitude.
Sincerely,
Suzy Griswold
