What do we mean when we say Refresh Your Spirit? We believe true healing is a partnership with God, and our community groups lean into spiritual wellness through prayer, Scripture, and discernment together.

Refresh Your Spirit looks like connecting with our Father in Heaven through community prayer and Bible study, learning to discern, hear, and obey the voice of God, trusting God`s promises found in His word, and believing that His design for healing includes rebuilding the body and renewing the soul.
