Suzy is the founder and director of HealingStrong.
Her life story truly embodies the healing power of HealingStrong’s principles, and it’s a testament to the transformative impact this community can have.Suzy is married to Jeff, and they have two adult sons. When Suzy’s first family member was diagnosed with cancer in 1972, it marked the beginning of a difficult journey that saw a total of 10 family members pass away from the disease before Suzy’s own diagnosis.
In 2009, Suzy was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, which led to a journey of surgery and conventional treatment. However, when scans revealed lymph node involvement, Suzy began to explore more holistic approaches to healing, which ultimately led her to the Gerson Protocol, along with emotional healing, combined with growing closer to God through reading His Word and trusting His plan.
As friends and family watched Suzy’s transformation, they began to ask her to meet with their loved ones, and in 2012, aided by a friend who created the first website, Suzy started HealingStrong as a blog post. From there, it grew into a non-profit organization with the help of a group of other thrivers and caregivers who committed to bringing folks together at the first event, the 2013 HealingStrong Conference. Most of those folks are still involved in HealingStrong today.
Suzy’s journey and her full protocol, ups and downs, and incredible stories from fellow cancer thrivers are detailed in her book, “Created to Heal Strong.” It’s available for free download below, and we highly recommend that you read it. Her story is an inspiration and a reminder that hope, healing, and transformation are possible, even in the face of tremendous challenges.

Upon waking...
● Drink a cup of warm water with the juice of ½ a lemon (you can add a small amount of raw honey if needed for taste)
● Turn on your diffuser and use some healing essential oils (such as Frankincense)
● Play some upbeat music
● Turn to the LIVING WATER page for today and complete the reading and questions. Read the affirmation of the day aloud.
● Make 1 quart of juice for the day and bottle in 8 oz bottles
● Drink 8 oz. of juice now and save the rest for later
● Wash and cut veggies for the day for salads, soups, etc
● Prepare coffee for enemas (you can prepare enough for the whole day)

⛸️Following his mother’s passing and his own survival of stage 3 testicular cancer, Hamilton launched the Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation (Cancer Alliance for Research, Education and Survivorship) in 2014, with a mission to improve cancer patient survivorship by supporting world class cancer research and the highest quality patient treatment and care. The same year, he founded the Scott Hamilton Skating Academy, in partnership with the NHL’s Nashville Predators, at Ford Ice Centers in Antioch, Bellevue and Clarksville, TN, to offer students programs to help them fall in love with ice skating.

We have groups that meet all over the United States and internationally, and we are looking for individuals willing to take a leap of faith with or without a friend to lead and host a HealingStrong cancer support group in your area. You can offer your group to meet in-person or online and we give you ALL the needed materials to run your group.
👥You do not do this alone. You are FULLY supported by a mentor team, a Small Group Coordinator, you`ll have a login area full of webinars, curriculum, resources and materials, and monthly training calls.

By stepping up to be a Group Leader, you would be providing a possible lifeline to those facing cancer, chronic Illness or even those wanting to live for prevention and make changes in their own lives. The need is always growing to have groups meeting in new areas. The above list are not the only areas we`d love to see covered, but areas we do not currently have any groups.
⛸️ SCOTT HAMILTON
...is an Olympic Champion, cancer survivor, television broadcaster, motivational speaker, author, husband/father and eternal optimist! During his figure skating career, Hamilton’s list of achievements includes his Olympic gold medal, over 70 titles, awards, and honors. In 1990, Hamilton was inducted into the United States Olympic Hall of Fame and in that same year, he became a member of the World Figure Skating Hall of Fame.
