We have groups that meet all over the United States and internationally, and we are looking for individuals willing to take a leap of faith with or without a friend to lead and host a HealingStrong cancer support group in your area. You can offer your group to meet in-person or online and we give you ALL the needed materials to run your group.
👥You do not do this alone. You are FULLY supported by a mentor team, a Small Group Coordinator, you`ll have a login area full of webinars, curriculum, resources and materials, and monthly training calls.

By stepping up to be a Group Leader, you would be providing a possible lifeline to those facing cancer, chronic Illness or even those wanting to live for prevention and make changes in their own lives. The need is always growing to have groups meeting in new areas. The above list are not the only areas we`d love to see covered, but areas we do not currently have any groups.
⛸️ SCOTT HAMILTON
...is an Olympic Champion, cancer survivor, television broadcaster, motivational speaker, author, husband/father and eternal optimist! During his figure skating career, Hamilton’s list of achievements includes his Olympic gold medal, over 70 titles, awards, and honors. In 1990, Hamilton was inducted into the United States Olympic Hall of Fame and in that same year, he became a member of the World Figure Skating Hall of Fame.
Listen to Scott share about his upbringing, health, skating and how JOY is a choice (something we all agree here at HealingStrong is crucial to healing - joy, laughter, a positive attitude, and so on).

🍁FALL RECIPE for #healingathome
You’ll want to SAVE this post and recipe!!! We love fall over here, and so does our Founder, Suzy Griswold:
“The vibrant red, yellow and orange colors that dot across the landscape, the cool crisp air, and one of my favorite reasons to love this season is the flavors, especially PUMPKIN SPICE.
Unfortunately, what led me to loving Pumpkin Spice are the recipes that aren’t so good for me. I think many of you know what I’m talking about....I used to frequent the popular coffee hangout that is known for it’s pumpkin spice latte, or donut place that covers a muffin with sugary coated icing. Healing from cancer led me to a mindset that takes the “not so good recipes” and turns them into Good, Better, or Best recipes for my health!
So, here is a wonderful tip on how to turn an “unhealthy habit” during this season, into a wonderful way to start your day. This is one of my favorite and BEST juicing recipes. It’s full of beta-carotene, and rich in anti-oxidants. The combination of truly organic pumpkin spices also includes anti-angiogenic activity. This is not the “fake” pumpkin spice flavoring. This is ALL-NATURAL.”
🍁Pumpkin Spice Recipe:
4 medium carrots
1 green apple
1/2 sweet potato
Knob of ginger (large or small-adds more or less “kick”)
Pumpkin spice to taste
