The Mind/Body connection is powerful and emotional stress can have an impact on our health outcomes. Properly handling what enters our mind is an essential part of healing, and being able to identify if we are harboring any un-forgiveness or negative beliefs that may be interfering with our healing is one of the most important steps to the healing process. Emotional healing is often times overlooked, but studies now show it is a key factor in dis-ease. Forgiveness is more than a second chance. It opens our hearts up to love again.
