H.E.A.L. Bible Study Update!

Hello all,

This very time last year, HealingStrong began a life-changing journey to discover the heart of God in healing by studying the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.  It will forever go down as one of the most important times in my personal growth and study.  I met new friends and developed relationships with people from HealingStrong that would have never had the opportunity to meet had it not been for the HEAL Study.

As many of you who are reading this may have participated, I wanted to take just a moment and give an update on the happenings in this area of HealingStrong and share just how BIG God is and what He has done with HEAL since we all signed off on the studies at Christmas.

I also want to invite any of you who are interested in starting over in the Bible Studies, or if you are interested in leading a HEAL Bible Study, to please consider this as a special invitation for YOU.

Click on the HEAL images to access each one on the Bible App.
(You can invite your friends to join you.)

In December 2019, our HEAL team finished up the revisions and readied it for launch on Bible.com.  A very special thank you to our volunteers Cheryl Collins, Angie McKinney, and Barb Griswold for their writing, prayers, and support during HEAL.The Bible.com app supports tens of millions of people with Bible studies and devotions on various topics. We knew the reach through this app was exponential and I am happy to report that just since the middle of January, our HEAL Bible studies and devotions are being used in personal study, downloaded by more then 22,000 participants.

This is just the beginning.

We believe that this study leads to healing more then any protocol out there, and that by doing this study, individuals will be led into a deeper relationship with the one and only Healer.  As a matter of fact, we personally believe this study should be in the hands of everyone who is in need of any kind of healing – emotional, physical, or spiritual.

It’s a big dream and vision, but HealingStrong doesn’t dream small.

We know that during times of physical pain and anguish, people desire to connect with our Heavenly Father the most.  What God has to offer is not only physical healing, but His desire goes well beyond our physical comfort and extends into all areas of our being. When we finished the HEAL Bible Study, it was so apparent to us that God’s design for healing is wholeness – for our body, for our soul, and for our spirit.

I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits, and in His Word I put my hope. Psalm 130:5

With your help, HealingStrong will continue to be a part of people’s healing journey. In today’s world, people need hope, courage, determination, truthful information to make informed decisions, and a faith-filled community to stand with them. HEAL Bible study is one more way we are helping people find Hope.

Today, we are looking for people who have an interest in learning more about leading a HEAL Bible Study in your home or church.  If that is you, will you email us at: groups@healingstrong.org? We would like to see HEAL Bible Studies launched all over the United States and beyond.  It starts with you!

If you are interested in joining the HealingStrong team as a HEAL facilitator, send us an email today.

If you would like to support our mission to help HealingStrong to continue to give people the tools, hope and help, please consider joining our membership

One final thing, I always love hearing from you, our HealingStrong family.  Please respond to this email and let me know how you are doing. Are you part of a HealingStrong group? If so, I would love to know more.  I will respond to each message personally.

All my love and gratitude,

Suzy Griswold

  1. Your Heal Bible Study on YouVersion Bible App Has Helped Me Tremendously in my Christian Walk, Spirit, Soul & Body. Thank You So Very Much❣✝️🙌🏼💞💞💋

    1. Hi Diana, Thank you so much for letting us know. On occasion, our comments slip by us and yours did but came at such a time of encouragement. Thank you for doing the study. Please join our calls on Monday mornings to discuss the studies, anytime. This Monday starts the HEAL study (also on the Bible App). If you are interested, reach out to maren@healingstrong.org and she can add you to the online discussion through the Bible App group.

  2. I can’t remember when I first heard of this ministry. Sometimes in late 2018 through TTAC and the conference promotions for HealingStrong 2019. My husband, Keith, is battling colon cancer mats to lungs. We began H4C Cancun in April 2018. We return every 3 months. We were actually there when Angie came for her first treatment. I have been following Dr and Mama Z since November 2017. We are in Cancun as I write this. I get you emails regularly and have considered hosting a Bible Study. I really thought I wanted to become a health coach, but can’t seem to follow through with the idea. I know God has a ministry for me in that area and maybe it is through Bible Study. Will be looking into that more through the next few weeks and will continue my attendance to your online webinar study. LOVED IT! God Bless You!

    1. Vicki we are so thankful you have joined the Monday morning calls. Tomorrow starts the MARK study. If interested in joining, just email Maren@healingstrong.org and she can add you to the Bible App…or, you can access always through the membership site (any level accesses all Bible Study materials). healingstrong.org/membership. We would love to help you host one, too. Thank you for reaching out! — Suzy
